Get Involved Today!

The efforts of Globe Student Media faculty and staff to help students succeed are unmatched. Whether the platform is video, audio, print, or web, students who participate in various GSM projects learn multiple aspects of a production, with GSM personnel guiding them every step of the way. GSM faculty and staff have decades of combined experience in industry and academia, creating a unique development platform for students to learn from.

With each media production, students develop an extensive skill set, by learning each task member's responsibilities, the associated equipment requirements, and how everything is properly combined to form a successful production unit. Gaining knowledge and experience using real-world projects enables students to develop the confidence needed in a challenging and exciting field. In many cases, students who have little or no experience in media production have successfully navigated the program and advanced to four-year institutions or earned employment.

A student's desire to succeed, coupled with the supervisors' immense dedication and extensive knowledge, results in Globe Student Media.
